TOUR ITINERARY:

Jun 10 Mon      Depart New York – Fly to Adana via Istanbul

Jun 11 Tue    Arrive Adana Airport - Meet and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight. (D)

Jun 12 Wed    Full Day Tour to Antioch (Acts 11:19-27; 13:1; 14:26; 15:22-35; Gal. 2:11; II Tim. 3:11)
Visit St.Peter’s Church and the Mosaic Museum. Drive to Adana. Dinner at the hotel. (B,D)

Jun 13 Thu     Adana-Tarsus- Lystra – Iconium(Konya)
Drive to Tarsus (Acts 9:11; 9:30; 11:25; 21:39; 22:3) , the birthplace of St.Paul. Visit the new St.Paul Church and Paul’s Well. Drive to the Biblical site of Lystra (Acts 14:6-21; 16:1-2, II Tim. 3:11) . Then drive to Iconium (Acts 13:51; 14:1-21; 16:2, II Tim. 3:11), today’s Konya to visit the Mevlana Mausoleum. Dinner and overnight in Konya. (B,D)

Jun 14 Fri      Iconium-Perga Antalya
Drive south to Perga on the Mediterranean Sea coast. Visit Perga (Acts 13:13-14; 14;25). Dinner and overnight in Antalya. (B,D)

Jun 15 Sat     Antalya
Visit the Archaeological Museum of Antalya and the Ancient City of Termessos in Taurus Mountains. Dinner and overnight in Antalya. (B,D)

Jun 16 Sun    Morning Worship – Laodicea-Pamukkale
Morning worship at the St. Paul Culture Center. Drive to and visit Laodicea (Col 2:1; 4:13-16, Rev. 1:11; 3:14). Continue to Pamukkale for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Jun 17 Mon   Philadelphia-Sardis-Smyrna(Izmir)
Drive to Alasehir to see the Philadelphia Church (Rev. 1:11; 3:7). Then visit Sardis (Rev. 1:11; 3:1-4) ; the Gymnasium, the 3rd century Synagogue, the Temple of Diana and the remains of the 1st century Church. Drive to Smyrna (Rev. 1:11; 2:8), modern Izmir for overnight. (B,D)

Jun 18 Tue   Ephesus-Izmir
Full day tour in Ephesus (Acts 18:19-24; 19:1-35; 20:16-17; 21:29, 1 Cor. 15:32; 16:8, I Tim. 1:3 II Tim. 1:18; 4:12, Rev. 1:11, 2:1) . Visit the famous ancient city, the Basilica of St. John and the Archaelogical Museum. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Izmir. (B,D)

Jun 19 Wed   Pergamon-Thyatira-Assos
Drive North to Pergamon (Rev. 1:11; 2:12). Visit the Acropolis and the remaining of the 1st century Church called Red Basilica. Continue to Akhisar to see the 1st century Thyatira Church (Acts 16:14, Rev. 1:11; 2:18-24) . Drive to Assos for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Jun 20 Thu    Alexander Troas-Assos-Troy-Çanakkale
Visit Temple of Athena in Assos. Then visit Alexander Troas (Acts 16:8-11; 20:5, 6, II Tim. 4:13 II Cor. 2:12) to see only few stones covered by water today. Continue to Troy to see the ruins of the legendary city and the replica of the wooden horse. Dinner and overnight in Çanakkale.(B,D)

Jun 21 Fri     Çanakkale-Dardanelles-Istanbul
Take the car ferry to cross the Dardanelles strait. Drive to Istanbul. Visit St.Chora Church, famous for its beautiful mosaics in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Jun 22 Sat  Istanbul : Visit the Hippodrome Square, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia Church, Underground Cistern Basilica and Grand Covered Bazaar. (B,D)

Jun 23 Sun Istanbul : Take a leisurely private boat tour along the Bosphorus seeing both Asian and European shores of Istanbul. Then visit the Topkapý Palace and the important Istanbul Archaeological Museum containing the Gezer Calender, the Titus Inscriptions, City Walls from Babylon, and other important items. Return to the hotel. Tonight, we will have a Farewell Dinner at an outside Sea Food Restaurant in Kumkapý district. (B,D)
