TOUR ITINERARY:
Day 01: Arrive to ISTANBUL
Meet and greet at Istanbul airport. Transfer to your
hotel. Dinner and overnight. (D)
Day 02: ISTANBUL
Historical private tour in Istanbul starting from the
ancient Roman Hippodrom, visit the 17th century Blue Mosque,
unique with its 6 minarets. Then walk to Hagia Sophia the
great church built in 6th century. Continue to Topkapý
Palace, to explore the main residence of the Ottoman
Sultans. Finish your day in the Grand Bazaar. Back to your
hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 03: ISTANBUL
Today we will visit the Dolmabahçe Palace. The last
residence of Ottoman Dynasty. The continue to Eminonu to
visit the Rustem Pasha Mosque and the New Mosque before we
have some free time in Egyptian Bazaar. Overnight in
Istanbul.
Day 04: ISTANBUL – VAN
Early departure to Istanbul airport, flight to Van.
Visit the Van Lake and Akdamar Island. The Island where we
can see the famous 10th century Armenian Church Holly Cross.
Dinner and overnight at our hotel near the Van Lake. (D)
Day 05: VAN – DOĐUBEYAZIT
Early departure to Dođubeyazýt. Arrive and see the
extraordinary view of Ararat Mountain. Then visit the Ishak
Pasha Palace. An Ottoman-period palace whose construction
was started in 1685 by Colak Abdi Pasha and completed by his
grandson Ishak (Isaac) Pasha in 1784. Discover the
Extraordinary stoneworks. Dinner and Overnight in
Dođubeyazýt. (D)
Day 06: DOĐUBEYAZIT – ANI – KARS
Early departure to Kars via Ani. A ruined and
uninhabited medieval city-site situated in the Turkish
province of Kars, beside the border with Armenia. It was
once the capital of a medieval Armenian kingdom. Discover
the great Armenian architecture. Continue to Kars. Dinner
and overnight. (D)
Day 07: KARS – SARP - BATUMI
Early departure to North, direction to Sarpi a border
village on the coast of the Black Sea, on the border between
Turkey and Georgia. After the custom, continue to Gonio
Castle. Continue to Batumi. Overnight.
Day 08: BATUMI – KUTAISI
Morning visit the Botanical Garden of Kabouleti, and
continue to Kutaisi. Visit the 11th century Bagradit
Cathedral . (Unesco Site). Then continue to Gelati and
Motsameti monasteries. Overnight in Kutaisi.
Day 09: KUTAISI – GUDAURI
Morning departure to Kartly, visit the potery and
ceramic centers. Visit the silk road passage Ouflistsikhe
then continue to the city Gori. Visit the Stalin Museum. At
the end of the day continue to Gudauri. Overnight .
Day 10: GUDAURI – TBILISI
Late departure from Guauri which is situated near by
Kazbegui Mountain. Then continue to Tbilisi. On the road
visit the Trinity Church. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 11: TBILISI
Today we will visit the old city and the new city of
Tbilisi. Visit the Art Museum the visit the ancient capital
Mtskheta one of the oldest ctyof Georgia. Visit the 6th
century Jvari Monastery and the Svetiskhoveli Cathedral.
Return back to the hotel. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 12: TBILISI – GYUMRI
Morning drive to Georgian – Armenian border. After the
custom continue to Alaverdi. Visit the Sanahin Monastery.
Continue to Cathedral of Talin. Overnight in Gyumri.
Day 13: GYUMRI - EREVAN
Departure to Ararat region.Visit the 7th century Khor
Virap Monastery. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit one of
the vinery of the region to taste Armenian vines. Overnight
in Erevan. (L)
Day 14: EREVAN – GARNI – EREVAN
Today we will visit the region of Erevan. First we will
see Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts. Then
we aill have lunch at Armenian restaurant. Continue to Garni.
Visit the Roman archeological site near by Garni Castle.
(Temple and Roman Bath). Return back to Erevan, overnight.

Day 15: EREVAN – ETCHMIADZINE - EREVAN
Departure for Etchmiadzine, the ancient capital of
Armenian Kingdom, the spiritual centre of Armenia and the
seat of the Catholicos of All Armenians, the head of the
Holy Armenian Apostolic Church. Return back to Erevan.
Afternoon free.
Day 16: EREVAN AIRPORT
Transfer to Zvartnots Airport. End of our services.
